Where are you located? Do you allow local pick-ups?

    We are located in the Los Angeles area of California but currently do not offer pick-ups as an option.   We also currently do not have an in-person retail establishment or a show room for the public. 

What shipping options are available?

  We ship using either USPS or UPS and offer two shipping speeds.  Standard shipping takes 1~4 days depending on your location and Economy shipping takes 2~7 days depending on your location.    We currently do not offer express shipping. 

When will my order ship?

   
Order processing usually takes between 1~3 business days but can take longer during peak times during our spooky season (August to October) and during the holiday shopping period in late November to December.    Once shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail (or text if requested) with your tracking information. 

Can I cancel my order?

   
If your order has not been processed and you'd like to cancel please contact us with your order number to request an order cancellation.   Please note it can take up to 3~4 days for the transaction to credit to your card or bank. 


How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I find out when an item will be restocked?

    The best way to keep up-to-date on new items and restocks is to follow the @emandsprout instagram account. 


Where are you located? Do you offer international shipping?

    We are located in the Los Angeles area of California.   Currently due to issues caused by the pandemic and new taxing regulations we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada.     We can also ship US Military and diplomatic address (e.g., APO addresses) as well. 

   We hope to add shipping support for more countries as soon as possible.
