Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). The processing time for orders placed after 12:00 PST or on the weekends will count on the next business day.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. We currently provide free shipping within the US for orders over $100 with code FREESHIP. Shipping estimates by service are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days depending on location
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days depending on location.

Please note these are the delivery estimates AFTER the order has been shipped. We also provide a shipping option that requires a signature.


Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipping you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped with either the USPS or UPS. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days please e-mail us at hello@emandsprout.com and we'd be happy to provide it.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

For orders outside of the United States there may be additional taxes or duties charged on your order. These fees are the resonsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price for the item.

Shipping Issues and Damaged Packages:

If there is any issue with your order such as damaged goods, incorrect items received or a lost package please e-mail us at hello@emandsprout.com and provide details of your issue. Please allow one business day for us to respond. E-mails received over the weekend or on holidays will be responded to on the next business day.
