This dress is so incredible cute and features my plant cauldron design! The top is a button down and the bottom is a twirly, tiered skirt. The material is 100% rayon - super breathable and comfy. This dress is woven so there is no stretch, please pay attention the the sizing below since there is no additional stretch. This cute dress comes in sizes Small - 4X.
